Unfortunately you should not take the capsules whilst pregnant or breastfeeding. As there may be an overlap between trying and finding out, we would also recommend to not take the capsules whilst trying to get pregnant.
If you are currently taking prescription medication, you should always check the information sheet as to whether there is anything you cannot take whilst on it. If you are unsure or you don’t have access to this information, please speak to your doctor or pharmacist.
We recommend speaking to your consulting doctor about whether they would advise you against taking the supplement whilst on your birth control.
Everybody’s nutritional requirements are different and in most cases it will be fine to take alongside other vitamins. However it’s important that if you take another product with similar or same ingredients that you ensure you are not consuming more than the upper tolerable limit. If you are unsure if it is safe for you we would recommend checking with your healthcare professional.
You should take both of the capsules together at the same time each day, alongside food and preferably just after a meal. We recommend having this with your earliest meal.
It’s not uncommon for people to experience headaches when they first start taking the capsules and they can be taken as another positive indication that the capsules are working. Headaches attributable to taking the capsules should themselves last no longer than 1 week.
Some headaches may also be caused by not taking the capsules properly, alongside food. The capsules can also increase your water consumption, so we would recommend taking the capsules with plenty of water. You may also want to take just one capsule for a little while to get your body used to the ingredients. If your headaches are particularly severe or you are concerned at any point you should discontinue taking them immediately and speak with your doctor.
Don’t take capsules later in the day to make up for a missing dose, rather, wait until your normal time the next day and take it then.
Consistency is key. The ingredients work symbiotically with your body and build up in your system overtime, missing a day can cause a delay in the process. So in just the same way you clean your face every day, don’t forget to take your supplement every day too.
It is common for your urine to change to a more yellow colour, it may even look ‘fluorescent’ yellow. This is due to an increase in vitamin B (pantothenic acid) which exits through urine and changes its colour. This is actually a great sign that it’s being absorbed properly and working effectively.
Alternatively, darker urine may be a sign that you need to increase your water consumption. If you are concerned by your urine colour, we would always advise to stop consuming the capsules and consult a doctor.
Ingredients and effects
Indole-3-Carbinol (converts to DIM), Coconut Oil Powder (a source of lauric acid), Selenium, Zinc, Pantothenic Acid (Vitamin B5), Vitamin E, Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Vitamin D, Copper, BioPerine (black pepper extract).
The particular concentrations of each of our ingredients were carefully determined based on their specific attributes and the subsequent dose required to achieve the desired effects. The ingredients which are higher than 100% RDA are, of course, completely safe to consume at those levels.
Shipping and delivery
Shipping is free for UK customers using Royal Mail 1st Class. Shipping to the EU costs £7.50, and we always use a premium courier.
Our bottles will need to be accepted at the door to be delivered.
For UK Customers, please check your tracking - this may give you options on how to book a redelivery. If it hasn’t been delivered and your tracking hasn’t updated after 7 days from when we sent it out, please message us via the chat box in the bottom right of your screen.
For UK customers, we send using Royal Mail 1st class - and 95% of the time they deliver the next day. If you place your order before 2pm we will ship it out the same day, any orders placed after 2pm will be sent the following day. If you order on a weekend, your order will be sent out on Monday.

For EU customers, we ship using premium couriers such as DPD. Due to current and changing restrictions, we are unable to provide a time estimate for deliveries to EU countries.
We send an automatic email out once we hand your package to our delivery partner. If you haven’t received an email, it may be that it hasn’t been sent yet - please allow a day for this to come through. If you still do not have one after this time please please message us via the chat box in the bottom right of your screen and we can send another one to you.
Returns and guarantee
You can return your order to us within 14 days of purchase, provided that the safety seal is still intact. To do so, please message us via the chat box in the bottom right of your screen. Returns are separate from the moneyback guarantee.
All you need to do is use the supplement for 3 months and if at the end of that period you’re not satisfied just get in touch. You’ll need to send us the empty bottles (for health and safety reasons), so be sure to keep hold of them.
Subscriptions are the easiest way to get your capsules each month. Choose ‘subscribe’ at the checkout for a 10% discount and automatic delivery each month. If you choose a subscription, you won’t need to worry about going through the checkout ever again, and you can cancel your subscription at any time.

We deliver using plain, unbranded packaging.
Each bottle has 60 capsules
This will vary, but we usually aim to deliver with at least a 12 month use by. We always recommend to start taking the capsules straight away.
